Scope and contact

This policy applies to elevatorpitch.news and direct communications with The Elevator Pitch. Questions, privacy requests and accessibility feedback may be sent to 90seconds@elevatorpitch.news or made by calling +1 575 741 1004.

Information we may collect

We may receive information you choose to send by email, such as your name, address, message and any pitch materials. The hosting and security provider may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, coarse location, security events and diagnostic logs.

The site does not currently use advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral trackers, an account database or a first-party contact form. Your device or browser may retain ordinary cache data and accessibility preferences.

Email and contact requests

“Get the next brief” uses a mailto: link. Your email provider controls creation and transmission of the message. If you send it, we may respond, keep appropriate business records and—if requested—send editorial updates. You can ask us to stop future non-transactional email at any time.

How information is used

• Answer questions, review pitches and manage requested communications.
• Operate, secure, diagnose and improve the portal.
• Protect rights, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
• Maintain editorial records, corrections and source documentation.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and external sources

Cloudflare provides hosting, security and delivery infrastructure. Email providers process messages you send. The Signal Wire requests public RSS feeds from the SEC and Federal Reserve; clicking a headline takes you to that publisher, which applies its own privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect safety and rights.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, recordkeeping, dispute resolution or legal obligations. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical measures and minimize the information collected through the site.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you provided, or object to certain use. Applicable state or national law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

Children and changes

The portal is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as practices change; the effective date will identify the latest version. Material changes will be presented appropriately.
